You may have already come across our promotional flyer. We have distributed these to several doctor, physiotherapy, and pedicure practices but you also might have also find the flyer in your mailbox. Below is the English translation. Click on either image to download a PDF version.
Click on the make an appointment button. You will be redirected to the appointment page.
On this page you need to select the appointment type. Options are:
'Gratis voetscreening' for a non-binding 15 minute preliminary examination.
'Nieuwe patient DTP (zonder verwijzing)' for a regular consultation of new patients without referral from a physician.
'Nieuwe patient met verwijzing' for a regular consultation of new patients with referral from a physician.
The other two drop-down menus are already set correctly. Now click the Find available timeslots button to get an overview of all available timeslots.
Now you see an overview of all available timeslots. Use specific filters within the filter drop-down menu on the top to filter for specific days or a date. To show more available options click the Meer laden... button. If you have found a suitable timeslot click on the timeslot to proceed.
In the final overview, review the selected time. In the bottom textbox please fill in you email address for confirmation. Now you can finalize the appointment by clicking the Bevestigen button.
You will get a confirmation of the appointment by email.
